Vaulted is a self-custody crypto wallet operated by PhoenixAtlas Technologies Ltd. We take your privacy seriously — non-custody is our entire model.
Email address (for login + recovery emails), encrypted message ciphertext (we cannot decrypt it), and basic transaction metadata (timestamps + amounts). We do not have access to your private keys or recovery phrase.
We don't collect: your IP address (in logs we keep only last 24 hours for debugging), your contacts, your location, your camera/microphone outside an active call, or any browsing data outside our app.
We use Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Daily.co (video calls), MongoDB Atlas (database), and Cloudflare (DNS). Each is GDPR-compliant.
You can request deletion of your account and all server-side data at any time by emailing support@phoenix-atlas.com. Your local device data, including your private keys, remain entirely under your control.
