Vaulted is a non-custodial wallet. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your 12-word recovery phrase. We cannot recover lost wallets, reverse transactions, or unlock devices.
While we work hard to keep Vaulted reliable, we make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of price data, or absence of bugs. Crypto markets are volatile — use at your own risk.
Vault Pro is £9.99/month, billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime — refunds available within 14 days of any charge by emailing support@phoenix-atlas.com.
Don't use Vaulted to facilitate illegal activity, harass other users, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this.
Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (zero if free user). We're not responsible for lost crypto, missed transactions, or third-party RPC failures.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. PhoenixAtlas Technologies Ltd is a UK-registered company.
